GlobalMD-NIH Clinical Research Training Program is ensured to be a long term collaborative project in China

NIH has successfully organized its first clinical research training program at the oversea site, China. This program was sponsored and organized by the GlobalMD.org, which is the largest physicians' organization with 165 countries and more than 2.6million local registered medical professionals.

At the close ceremony, Dr Tim Shi, Executive Director of GlobalMD, and Dr John I. Gallin, Director of the NIH Clinical Center have decided to continue work together to promote the clinical research principles and practice in China, for a long term collaboration, to work closely with the Chinese medical professionals to conduct the best and crediable clinical research and trial studies.

  Dr Shi, Yingkang, President of West China Hospital, and Dean of West China Medical School. Sichuan Univ. has confirmed the next NIH clinical research advanced training program will be hosted by the West China during the early spring, 2009. 

       Trainee preventative at the NIH Training program, on behalf of the trainees thanks the NIH and GlobalMD to introduce this excellent and useful course, Dr Gallin encouraged students to use their learned skills and knowledge at their researches.
