Sudan: Sudanese adolescents with lower levels of education are more likely to be physically inactive, whereas those with higher levels of education reported higher rates of tobacco use, according to a study of 1200 adolescents aged 10-19 years. Overall, 58% of girls and 8.7% of boys were physically inactive. More boys than girls reported they were actively engaged in sports. Smoking prevalence was 9.1% for boys and 1.3% for girls.
